Emakumeak Zientzian 2024

As in previous years, Biofisika Institute is actively participating in the Emakumeak Zientzian (Women in Science) initiative to make visible the activity of women in science.

This year, the Emakumeak Zientzian scheduling will focus on the week of February 8 to 16 with an extensive and diverse program of more than 60 activities, covering the three Basque historical territories for everyone, with more than 100 researchers contributing to the desire to make women scientists visible, breaking the stereotypes associated with gender roles and awaken technological-scientific vocations among the youngest.

On the Emakumeak Zientzian website can be consulted all the information about the organized activities: round tables, workshops, talks, visits, films and exhibitions aimed at students, teachers, research staff, families and the general public.
