Short bio

Marina Iriondo is a PhD student funded by a predoctoral grant from the Spanish Government in Alicia Alonso´s research group. Her research focuses on the role of LC3/GABARAP protein family in macroautophagy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
